Description
The Beyond Housing will accept sealed BIDS from qualified, licensed firms to provide general construction services for the Johnson Court Community Center Renovation Project located at 144 Birch St, Bristol, Virginia 24201. This project is an Early Action Activity under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Choice Neighborhoods Planning Grant program. The purpose of this renovation is to repurpose this underutilized building into a dedicated neighborhood childrens center that will provide structured, engaging activities for youth. The project also includes resurfacing and lighting the adjacent basketball court and upgrading the playground.
