Description

The Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority (the Authority) is seeking quotes to repair the floor cracks located on the second floor of the dewatering building at the South Rivanna Water Treatment Plant, located at 2383 Woodburn Road, Charlottesville, VA 22901. Work to be performed shall be inclusive of any labor, equipment, and materials necessary to prepare and install joint sealant to all floor cracks. Restoration of removable wall panels for access, disturbed pavement, lawns, grass, or other existing features shall be incidental to the pricing provided in the quote. All property disturbed or damaged shall be restored to pre-existing conditions at no additional cost to the Authority.
