Description
The City of Charlottesville is requesting quotes for RFQ 27-08 for Ridge Street Fire Station Accessibility. The City's Ridge Street Fire Station located at 203 Ridge Street in Charlottesville, Virginia is due for certain ADA upgrades along the east side of the property as indicated in the Construction Documents (drawings). The scope of services generally includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: A. Demolition as noted on the Related Documents; B. Removal and storage of items to be salvaged and/or re-used as noted in the Related Documents; C. Placement, forming, and finishing of concrete, as noted; D. Asphalt paving, as noted; E. Traffic marking as noted; F. Landscaping as noted; G. Installation of ADA-related components as noted; H. Provision of competent management and supervision of the project at all times; and, I. Thorough cleaning the project site.
