Center Pointe Parkway Extension involves the construction of approximately 2,400 LF of new twolane divided roadway from a new intersection at Old Hundred Road (Route 652) to the intersection of Tomahawk Creek Road / Learning Place Loop. The new roadway extension shall consist of connecting Center Pointe Parkway to Old Hundred Road, providing a new multimodal connection, a roundabout at the intersection with Old Hundred Road, and associated stormwater and utility improvements. The project also includes the construction of a series of new box culverts within the Little Tomahawk Creek floodplain to accommodate the roadway connection. The project includes the extension and connection of a 16 ductile iron water main and ancillary sanitary sewer improvements. The work will include clearing, grading, asphalt paving, drainage structures, erosion & sediment control, signage, pavement markings, adjustment of utilities, landscaping, lighting, roundabout aprons & islands, raised median and other items necessary for the completion of the work. Contractors must be on VDOT's current Pre-qualified list at the time/ date set for the opening of bids in order to be eligible for this contract.

Scope of Work: the construction of variable width concrete sidewalk along both sides of Route 60 from Ruthers Road to 300-ft east of Karl Line Drive, a distance of approximately 3,115 LF. The project also includes modifications to existing traffic signals and the installation of new pedestrian signals at two intersections and roadway widening along the southbound side of Turner Road. The work will include grading, excavation, asphalt paving, curb and gutter, sidewalk, drainage structures, erosion & sediment control, signage, pavement markings, pedestrian and traffic signals, maintenance of traffic, and adjustment of utilities and other items necessary for the completion of the work. Contractors must be on VDOT's current Pre-qualified list at the time/ date set for the opening of bids in order to be eligible for this contract.
