Splash Pad Installation At Flora Hill Park - Rebid, Colonial Heights, VA
The City of Colonial Heights VA Recreation Department seeks a contractor to install a splash pad at Flora Hill Park, 300 Richmond Avenue, Colonial Heights VA. The City of Colonial Heights will furnish and install the water line and the sewer line to the splash pad, along with the back flow preventor. The City will also be responsible for coordinating with Dominion Power for the electrical lines needed for this project. The City will purchase all the equipment necessary for the splash pad, from Landscape Structures. The contractor will be responsible for site excavation, site work, sub-base, stone sub-base, installation of the splash pad equipment, concrete work, plumbing, start-up training, and winterization training.
