Description
Fairfax County is soliciting pre-bid qualification applications for the construction of the Chesterbrook Road Walkway Phase 2 Maddux Lane to Forest Lane, including the Little Pimmit Run Tributary at Woodland Terrace stormwater project. The Phase 2 scope of work includes the following: - 1,900 LF of sidewalk, curb and gutter on Chesterbrook Road from Maddux Lane to Forest Lane. - 2.6 acres of clearing and grubbing, including removal of 102 trees - 275 LF of Fairfax Water relocation at the intersection of Chesterbrook Road and N. Albemarle Street. - 976 LF of stream restoration in the Little Pimmit Run in THREE (3) Reaches, including landscaping - 2,700 LF of stormwater - Other associated work including asphalt paving, signage, and restoration. Only firms that have been pre-qualified are eligible to submit bids for this project.
