Description

The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, transportation, vehicles, lift equipment, equipment, tools-of-trade including specialized diagnostic testing equipment, consumables, supplies and incidentals as necessary for repairing, replacing and installing all sizes of commercial overhead doors on an on-call, as-needed basis, and materials as required to provide comprehensive preventive maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement for automatic and overhead roll-up doors in various City facilities and buildings.
