The City of Fairfax seeks to retain the services of one or more Cosntruction Managers at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction services and, subject to successful negotiation of one or more Guaranteed Maximum Prices (GMPs), construction phase services for two separate elementary school capital projects: Daniels Run Elementary School Renovation and Additions, and Providence Elementary School Renovation and Additions.
