Description

FCCPS is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for Facilities Management Services, emphasizing high-quality, professional services for all five FCCPS schools. The range of services required under this RFP includes but is not limited to: General maintenance (routine, emergency, preventive) Property reporting (service logs, maintenance estimates) Campus grounds support (landscaping, ice/snow removal) Space improvement measures (painting, wall repair, carpentry, electrical/outlet additions) Waste management (trash removal, recycling, composting) Specialty services (elevator, fire alarm, system controls) HVAC maintenance (preventive and reactive) Internal water feature maintenance (plumbing, water treatment) Pest control (interior and exterior) Maintenance of parking lots, roadways, parking lot lights Support for event set-up/moving services (campus events, furniture and equipment relocations, in-house package deliveries) Management of any facilities-related service contracts held by FCCPS Annual reassessment of service scope and maintained property, with the ability to amend service arrangements to account for online and offline property spaces Monthly onsite quality assurance reviews performed by lead property management staff Documentation of future site capital improvements, monitoring of warranties and equipment life cycles, and prioritization of projects Site budgeting, monitoring, and forecasting of service cost and maintenance expenses to assist in ensuring efficacy of operations.
