Sealed bids are invited for the construction of MA MAW Building Replace Exterior Shell project at Northern Virginia Community College, Manassas Campus, Project Code # 260-B5260-028 (M23NV122) located in Manassas, Virginia. The project is generally described as removing and replacing the building exterior wall panels, insulation, and associated panel trim; remove and replace the exterior man doors, windows, and louvers (as indicated) replace the metal trim around the existing exterior overhead doors (overhead doors to remain); remove and replace the exterior light fixtures; remove and replace the gas cylinder enclosure.
