Description
The Work under this Project consists of installation of permanent message sign locations to inform motorists approaching the following at-grade railroad crossings: 1. High Street near Virginia Avenue; 2. Frederick Boulevard near I-264; 3. George Washington Highway near Harley Avenue; and, 4. Elm Avenue near Williams Avenue. Improvements include dynamic message sign (DMS) and unobstructive train detectors to serve routes leading up to these crossings.
