Description

The City of Portsmouth is soliciting bids from qualified bidders to establish an Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery contract for a licensed commercial door vendor. To provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the maintenance, repair, and replacement for all types of doors across 100+ municipal facilities for City-owned facilities. The scope encompasses interior and exterior entrance doors, motorized garage and fire bay doors, roll-up shutter doors, security gates and related hardware. Most of the repairs will be emergency repairs which will require immediate response.
