The City of Manassas is soliciting bids for: Rehabilitate Runway 16L-34R & Associated Taxiways; Rehabilitate Runway 16L-34R Lighting at Manassas Regional Airport. The work includes rehabilitation of the taxiway asphalt pavement, shoulder grading, replacement of the taxiway edge lighting, signage, and other work as described.

The Purpose and Intent of this Invitation for Bid is to obtain qualified, experienced contractor(s) to provide inspection, preventative maintenance, repair and replacement services for stage curtain systems for all Prince William County Public Schools, herein referred to as Owner or PWCS, in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions stated herein.

The Purpose and Intent of this IFB is to establish a firm fixed hourly rates requirements contract with one (1) or more qualified source(s) for the procurement of Building Repairs and Maintenance Services, on an as-needed basis, for Prince William Water, in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions stated herein. Scope: Provide all materials, equipment and labor necessary for the construction of Hoadly Booster Pumping Station (F05) and Discharge Main Upgrades. Project location: 12516 Springwoods Drive, Woodbridge VA.

Prince William Water is seeking proposals from qualified sources for Fabrication and Installation Services for Fluidized Bed Incinerator (herein FBI or incinerator) Spares located at H.L. Mooney Advanced Water Reclamation Facility; to include the FBI Top Plenum; Crossover duct connecting the FBI to the Heat Exchanger Top Plenum; the Heat Exchanger Top Plenum; the crossover Expansion Joint(s); and, the Heat Exchanger. The selected Offeror shall evaluate the condition of the existing heat exchanger. As an option, Prince William Water may request the refurbishment of the existing heat exchanger.

The Purpose and Intent of this IFB is to establish a requirements type contract with one (1) or more qualified source(s) for the procurement of General Roofing Repair and Replacement Services, on an as-needed basis, for Prince William Water. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, travel, materials, equipment, delivery, resources and workmanship as required to provide complete and satisfactory performance of various types of roofing repair and replacementservices. The Contractor shall provide the necessary means and methods (i.e., ladder, scaffolding) to accommodate access for all Work, and shall make available to its personnel all standard tools of the trade and trade consumables, accessible from Contractors personnel service vehicle(s) to ensure completion of the Work.

The Work generally consists of the renovation of approximately 161,107 square feet of an existing high school facility, along with an addition of approximately 5,895 square feet of new administration and cafeteria space. The Work includes upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, and low-voltage systems. Building envelope and structural improvements include complete re-roofing, joist reinforcement, and installation of a solar photovoltaic (PV) array at new addition. Site-related Work includes site utility improvements, parking reconfiguration, construction of a fire lane access road, rework of tennis courts, site lighting, and pavement improvements. Interior Work includes moderate reconfiguration of select spaces and complete interior finishes upgrades throughout the facility, including existing press box at football field. Unless specifically noted otherwise, all site equipment and furnishings indicated in the Contract Documents shall be furnished and installed by the Contractor.

The City of Manassas is soliciting bids for the trimming and removal of trees that interfere with the Citys electric utility transmission and distribution lines.

The project includes the construction of a four (4) foot buffer strip between the existing curb and gutter and Sidewalk, and one (1.0) foot bench behind the sidewalk. The sidewalk will connect two existing portions of sidewalk, to the west at the intersection of Linton Hall Road. and Sudley Manor Drive, and to the east 0.15 miles south of Victory Lakes Loop. The purpose of the project is to provide improved pedestrian access, safety, and connectivity in this corridor.
