Description
The City of Richmond, Virginia (the City), on behalf of the Department of Public Utilities (DPU) seeks bids from qualified firms to provide general contracting services for the Forest Hill Sewer replacement project (the "Project"). The Project will entail installing associated sewer pipes and manholes, inspecting and replacing service laterals as necessary, and rehabilitating existing manholes where warranted (the "Work"). Specific details regarding the nature and prosecution of the Work are provided below in the Statement of Work.
