Description
The City of Richmond, Virginia (the City), on behalf of the Department of Public Works (DPW) seeks bids from qualified firms to provide general contracting services for the Whitcomb Community Park Improvements Phase I project (the Project). The Project will entail sitework, utilities, paving, stormwater management, and park improvements (the Work). The Work will include demolition, grading, drainage, landscaping, and installation of site amenities. Specific details regarding the nature and prosecution of the Work are provided below in the Statement of Work.
