Description

The City of Roanoke is requesting qualifications from Offerors interested in providing various home repair and rehabilitation services to privately owned homes participating in the Lead Safe Roanoke program. Services could include but are not limited to roof repair and/or replacement, electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, carpentry services, radon assessment and mitigation, and other home repairs. The City intends and reserves the right, to select multiple Offerors and award multiple contracts, service contracts, and/or Purchase Orders to provide various home repairs for the following: Group 1 - Roofing Group 2 - Electrical Group 3 - Plumbing Group 4 - Carpentry Group 5 - Radon Assessment and Mitigation Services Offerors may submit their qualifications for home repairs for any single or combination of the individual groups listed above and for the disciplines listed under each group heading. The selected Offerors must demonstrate recent experience in the disciplines for which they submit qualifications.
