Description

The City of Roanoke is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Bidders to perform mass grading services for Tract 8, an approximately 33-acre parcel located within the Roanoke Centre for Industry and Technology. The project consists of mass grading and site development activities necessary to prepare the site to meet Tier 5 "shovel ready" standards as defined by the Virginia Economic Development Partnership's Virginia Business Ready Sites Program. Work is anticipated to include, but is not limited to: Earthwork (cut/fill operations) Rough and fine grading Erosion and sediment control Site stabilization Provide large stormwater piping that will include both jack/bore and open cut installations. Engineering design and permitting are currently being completed by the City's engineering consultant.
