Description

Sealed bids are invited for the construction of the Renovation of Bland Hall for the Learning Resource Center project at Wytheville Community College, Project Code # 260-B4260-040 (L24WC650) located in Wytheville, Virginia. The project is generally described as the Level 2 Alteration of interior portions of the Lower Level to house the campus Learning Resource Center (LRC) and the Kegley Archive. Work will include demolishing existing partitions and ceiling systems; installing new partitions and ceiling systems; installing stack shelving; renovating mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm systems; tapping a new water connection; and new finishes throughout the renovation area.
