Total Small Business Set-Aside, 238990 - All Other Specialty Trade Contractors. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and services for all preformed work pertaining to the fencing and entrance gate rehabilitation and associated hardware revitalization as indicated on the construction drawings. The Contractor shall provide all components required for a complete fencing system and gate rehab to included post/ poles, rope, hardware and any other required items. The existing fence is untreated wood post/poles and rails. Replacement fence is a visual barrier that delineates entrance location, and the 5 Springs location serves as a boundary to the overlook. July 10, 2026, and August 7, 2026, are blackout dates where no work may conducted at the Medicine Wheel National Historic Landmark site. PoP 07/31/2026 - 09/15/2026.
