Base Bid: Project consists of a New Airport Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) & Base Building Facility at CPR. The ATCT Cab is an 8-sided, approximate 440 square foot space with a 360-degree view sitting on top of an approximate 127 tall shaft. The supporting Base Building is approximately 2,700 gross square feet. The work generally includes deep foundations, grade beams, concrete slabs, load bearing cold formed metal framing, masonry, interior finishes, fire protection systems, mechanical systems, electrical systems and Telecommunications systems.
