The Project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, tools, etc. for the complete and operable installation of items. Current copy of valid NC State contractor license for Public Utilities Water and Sewer. All work shall be completed as outlined on sheet G2, in accordance with plan details, and each individual plan sheet. Contractor will be required to obtain Town of Chapel Hill permits; Lane closure permit, street cut and Engineering construction permit, as needed. OWASA shall reimburse the contractor for all required permit costs along with a 10% contractor administrative fee. All pipe, valves, meter yokes, boxes (valves and meter), taps, sampling, etc. for a complete and operable water distribution system. All pavement restoration (including striping if any). All concrete curb replacement (if any). All sidewalk replacement (if any). All site restoration (as good as or better than pre-construction).
