The base bid work will include, but not limited to, demolition of existing concrete stair at south entrance of structure and replacement of concrete stair. Demolition of existing brick paver system at west stair and installation of new water proofing system and new precast concrete paver finish. Provide full project scheduling and coordination, including all pedestrian and environmental protection measures required to complete the scope of work. The successful bidder will coordinate and work with the Owner for delivery & execution of this contract and scope of work. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
