This contract provides for improvements to the intersection of College Way (SR 538) at N. 30th St. Work includes the construction of a new traffic signal system, storm drainage, curb and gutter, sidewalk, and other improvements. All work shall be in accordance with the Contract Plans, Special Provisions, the Standard Specifications, including the amendments thereto, and Standard Plans. All materials, equipment, labor, and other miscellaneous items required to complete the work shall be furnished by the contractor.
