The City anticipates that the successful Respondent will provide normal professional architectural/engineering and construction administration. The successful Respondent shall be responsible for designing, preparing, assembling and coordinating the necessary documents to complete the Project. All design work will be contained within the Property lines. The completed Project shall comply with all applicable local, state, and federal environmental laws and regulations .
