The work to be performed under this bid shall consist of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, supervision, and insurance necessary to perform repairs as necessary on all HVAC and Mechanical Control Equipment in all Buildings owned by the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners. The contract period will be for two (2) years, with the possibility of annual renewals after two years of professional and reliable HVAC service. This project encourages M/WBE participation.
