Contractor to remove all delaminated paint from approx. 7,650 sq. ft. of walls, prep and paint. Contractor to paint walls with 2 coats of latex modified semi- gloss epoxy paint. Contractor to remove all delaminated paint from approx. 3,454 sq. ft. of ceiling, prep and paint Contractor to remove all delaminated paint from approx. 354 sq. ft. of metal duct boxes and approx. 294 linear ft. of metal duct work Contractor to apply 1 coat of Procryl Universal Primer. Contractor to apply 1 coat of Flat Alkyd Dryfall White Paint. Contractor to provide block fillers, primers, and finish coat materials that are compatible with one another and with the substrates indicated under conditions of service and application, as demonstrated by manufacturer based on testing and field experience. Contractor to clean and dispose of all debris from all work surfaces, at the end of each work day remove empty cans, rags, rubbish and other discarded paint materials from Project site. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
