The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks proposals from Design/Build teams for the design and construction of a project to improve the intersection of Moylan Road and PCB Parkway by adding a turn lane, traffic striping, and signage. The turn lane will extend south along Moylan Road, from the south side of the PCB Parkway for approximately 700 ft. The work shall be done in accordance with the Bay County Special Provisions shown as Attachment 4 and the Design Criteria Package (DCP) shown as Attachment 5.
