Provide underwater inspection services upon the Authority's specific request pursuant to the procedures set forth and at the direction the Authority, in support of the operation and maintenance of the Authority's facilities. Inspect underwater portions of designated intake structures, discharge structures, concrete dams, embankments, spillways, outlet works, bridge piers and appurtenant structures. Prepare reports documenting each underwater inspection. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
