The project entails lounge renovations and upgrades to the Red Jacket Lounges located at the State University of New York at Buffalo - Ellicott Complex. Work includes, but is not limited to, hazardous materials abatement; removal of existing finishes; new floor finishes; new wall construction and painting; new mill-work; removal and installation of appliances; mechanical and electrical work. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
