The scope of work consist of grading, drainage, erosion control, paving, subsurface storm water, etc for a new 66-space paved asphalt surface parking lot addition at Five Forks Middle School. Each bid must be accompanied a by Bid bond Security made payable to Owner in an amount of five percent (5%) of the Bidder's maximum Bid price as stipulated in the attached Instructions to Bidder Requirements.
