Cobb County is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Design and Building Services for Cobblestone Golf Course Renovation and Addition (“Project”). The Project consists of the review of all final design and permit documents, site preparation and construction of the new building. Any Owner supplied items will be coordinated through the Contractor and will include Contractor paid utility connections for appliances, etc. The Contractor shall review and take into consideration all plans, specifications, schematics, narratives, etc. provided by the County’s Bridging Architect and project management for this project. The Contractor shall review the Geotechnical Engineering Report which shall be considered and utilized in the design and pricing of the project. The Contractor shall review the Cobb County standard design build contract, a copy of which is attached to and a part of this RFP, which shall be utilized for this project with no modifications by the design builder. The Contractor shall review the Cobb County Property Management Design Standards, a copy of which is attached to and part of this RFP, to be utilized in the design of the project. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
