The University of California, San Diego solicits prequalification documents for a Progressive Design-Build contract from Prospective Proposers for a design-build project for US San Diego's Vision Institute. The UC San Diego Vision Institute project will primarily be a combination of research, OSHPD 3 clinical and possibly a smaller component of retail. The prequalification process will be conducted in multiple steps and will result in the selection of finalists who will be prequalified and will be issued proposal documents for this Project.
