The work to be performed shall consist of providing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary: 1. Selective demolition of existing floor slab, fire hydrant and exterior yard hydrant. 2. Construction of new Pavilion structure including excavation, concrete, wood framing, misc. metals, metal roofing, electrical, underground utilities and site improvements. 3. Include alternate to construct pre-en gineered metal building structure.
