This is an invitation to submit a bid to Glynn County for Courthouse Grounds Maintenance and Mowing 2020 Services, indicated herein. The work to be performed under this contract generally includes, but is not limited to, providing all skill, labor, material and equipment to furnish comprehensive grounds maintenance services to the entire courthouse complex (701 G Street and 701 H Street) as well as mowing on the block H-I Streets between Newcastle and Reynolds Streets, and mowing at the Marshes of Glynn Library (208 Gloucester Street) in Brunswick, Georgia. All work shall be in accordance with the Technical Specifications, herein. All material shall conform to the specifications contained in the Technical Specifications. The undersigned further agrees that in case of failure on his part to execute the said contract and the Bond within fifteen (15) consecutive calendar days after written notice being given of the award of the contract, the check or bid bond accompanying this bid, and the monies payable thereon shall be paid into the funds of the Owner as liquidated damages for such failure, otherwise, the check or bid bond accompanying this proposal shall be returned to the undersigned. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
