The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not limited to the following: County Rte 46 (Durkeetown Rd) from US Rte 4 to 1,150 ft west of Plum Rd - Pavement Preservation. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond, payable to the Washington County Highway Department in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
