The City of Phoenix Housing Department is seeking contractors to perform various electrical services and upgrades for properties owned and operated by the City. B. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and all efforts necessary to perform the required tasks. Electrical service will include 120 through 240, voltage equipment, parts, and lines. All electrical work under this agreement shall conform to the standards of the National Electrical Code (NEC). The Contractor shall have sufficient resources available (labor, tools, diagnostic equipment, etc.) necessary to complete work, including emergencies. Most jobs should have no more than one journeyman and one laborer/apprentice if needed to assist. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
