The purpose of this Bid is to create a contract to furnish all labor, material, and services required to install playground equipment and surfacing throughout the Washington Elementary School District #6. Product and service will be ordered on an “as needed” basis with no volume implied or guaranteed. When product is needed the awarded vendor will visit the school site to determine District’s exact need. The requested product must following all ASTM guidelines. A cad drawing will be required for each area identifying the appropriate fall zones and deck heights each time a new piece of equipment is requested. Colors selections will be determined by the District for each school on all orders placed. All structures shall come with an onsite maintenance repair kit to include matching touch up paint, Allen wrench, nuts and bolts, etc. (Include in Bid if your equipment will come with maintenance repair kit.) Contracted vendor shall provide maintenance repair kit training to the school facility manager. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
