The ACC is seeking competitive rates from established commercial Painting contractors with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience. The Contractor will provide on-site crew and support staff as needed. The contractor must provide turnkey project including all costs associated with the execution of this contract Additional staffing throughout the community will be scheduled on an as-needed basis. All additional Painting services will be scheduled with the designated ACC Parks and Facilities Asset Supervisor. The contract shall cover the actual needs of the ACC throughout the term of the Contract. The Contractors must provide all Supervision, labor, fuels, solvents, equipment, and materials to adequately perform all contracted services as outlined in Exhibit D. This includes ladders, lifts, booms, scaffolding masking materials, paint scrapers, etc. The Contractors must provide task performance schedule as part of the proposal. It is critical that the execution of the work is scheduled, sequenced, and performed in such a way to minimize disruption to Resident and staff while performing the work. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
