This building is defined as a grey shell, which is defined as commercial space that is unfinished on the interior. 1.1.3.It is the intent of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to select one (1) Contractor, appropriately licensed in the State of Arizona, to perform the Tenant Improvement described herein. The project shall be completed in conformance with the Plan Sets. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
