The District requires a licensed Contractor to provide Pest Control Management Services at our 21 schools and various administrative and other non-instructional sites. The licensed Contractor will be expected to implement a program to: • Reduce pest sightings to zero or acceptable levels • Adjust service as needed to reflect seasonal or infestation requirements • Identify and document conditions that may contribute to pest problems • Track pest mitigation / control by site, by building, by room, etc. • Put in place a preventative maintenance program to exclude pests from all contracted sites • Comply with all regulatory agencies • Maintain records of all treatments and inspections as needed by such agencies • Perform regular monthly inspection / treatment of all sites • Post appropriate notices as required by regulatory agencies • Provide education to District personal in the area of Integrated Pest Management Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
