Construction improvements to the Alvernon Way/Aeronautical Way intersection to provide newly paved through lanes and turn lanes along Alvernon Way. Also, through lanes with a left and right turn along Aeronautical Way. Major elements associated with this project include construction and installation of airside earthen road grading, asphaltic concrete paving, curb and gutter, scuppers; storm drain culverts, security fencing, signage, and pavement markings.
