The portion of the Cultural Park consists of 5 lots addressed as 45, 75 and 105 Cultural Park Place and 135 and 4245 Arts Village Dr. (Parcel Numbers: 408-47-004C, 408-47-004W, 408-47-007, 408-47-009A and 408-47-009B respectively.) This request does not include the approximately 5.25 acres of Phase I, addressed as 40 Cultural Park Place. (Parcel Number 408-47-008). Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
