Currently carpeted (carpet tiles) areas of classroom to be replaced with commercial grade laminate (approximately 550 square feet); Move existing furniture as required to accomplish project and return furnishings upon completion; Remove carpet tiles, prepare and level existing floor surfaces to receive new commercial grade laminate, rubber base molding and new thresholds. Commercial grade laminate to be installed in accordance with manufacturer's recommended underlayment; Commercial grade laminate samples and color selections to be submitted for approval at time of bid.; Work to be completed during the month of June or July 2024 during the time frame agreed upon between the contractor and ATCAA; This is a CA DIR prevailing wage job. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
