The City seeks a qualified consultant or team to provide architectural services to design and support the bidding and construction phases of two Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) projects: FA1702 Citywide Roof Repairs and Replacement (FA1702 CIP Project) and FA1703 City Hall Modernization (FA1703 CIP Project). The FA1702 CIP Project includes roof repairs and replacement at four (4) City facilities, the Public Safety Building, City Hall, Senior Center, and Water Pollution Control Plant. The Water Pollution Control Plant roofs are not included in the services under this Project. Architectural services for the FA1702 CIP Project shall include assessment of the current conditions, development of recommended alternatives, design, and services during bidding and construction. The FA1703 CIP Project includes interior improvements and exterior painting to extend the life of the City Hall building and improve its functionality for staff and the public. Exterior painting is not included in the services under this Project. Architectural services for the FA1703 CIP Project shall include assessment of the current uses, needs and goals, development of recommendations for reconfiguration of the space, design, and services during bidding and construction.
