ALL WORK WITHIN RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY must be completed within fifty (50) working days from the day work starts within the railroad right-of-way. FINAL COMPLETION OF ENTIRE PROJECT shall be completed within one hundred and eighty (180) working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
