The Bidder shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials and perform all work necessary for the 2024 ADA UPGRADE PROJECT in the City of South Lake Tahoe in strict conformance with the Contract Documents (as defined in the Agreement), including, without limitation, the specifications and construction drawings. Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to: removement and replacement of ADA ramps, sidewalk and curbs, Best Management Practices, compliance with regulatory permits, establishing vegetation on areas disturbed by construction activity, and all other work as described in the Contract Documents, including, without limitation, project construction drawings, bid documents, Special Provisions, City of South Lake Tahoe Public Improvements and Engineering Standards, and the 2023 edition of the California Department of Transportation, Standard Specifications. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
