The successful bidder will have complete responsibility for all aspects of waste management. This includes the collection and disposal of waste as well as the collection, processing and marketing of secondary materials that are recycled and organic waste in accordance with AB1826. The successful bidder is expected to design and implement any new prevention and recycling programs required by law at District facilities. More detail on program requirements is given in Section 4.
