Exterior painting of all buildings, storage containers This includes the stucco, siding, trim, vents, doors (both sides), exposed conduit, electrical boxes, and handrails. Services will include but not necessarily be limited to the below services. To prepare all surfaces to be painted by power washing, scraping loose paint, sanding, caulking, patching holes and cracks on wood and stucco, priming raw wood, masking windows, covering plants and shrubbery. Prime all surfaces and apply two finish coats. Pressure washes the stucco, siding, and trim to remove dirt and debris. Properly prepare and paint stucco. Properly prepare, prime and paint siding on Portables. Properly prepare and paint all trim, door jams, vents, and panels on all buildings. Properly prepare and paint all doors (both sides). Properly prepare and paint all storage containers on site. Properly prepare and paint all exposed conduit, electrical boxes, and electrical panels. Properly prepare and paint all handrails. Colors will be chosen by the District. All paint details can be obtained from Plaza Paint, Benjamin Moore Product. Contractor to provide secured storage for materials during the time of the project. The contractor will provide all paint, tools, and scaffolding needed for the job Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
