The City of Burbank is soliciting proposals from qualified firms with significant civil and traffic engineering, bikeway design, and railroad coordination expertise to conduct the following services: conduct/prepare project approval & environmental documentation activities (PA&ED); obtain appropriate CEQA and NEPA environmental clearance, prepare plans, specifications and engineer’s estimates (PS&E); coordinate with regulatory agencies; coordinate with City staff in the preparation of the PA&ED and PS&E package; provide bid support services; and provide design support during construction for the Chandler Bikeway Extension.
