The Housing Authority of the County of Merced (Authority) is soliciting quotes from interested, qualified, insured, and appropriately licensed Class B-General Building and/or be able to subcontract accordingly contractors. Contractor’s License issued by the Contractors State License Board must be active and in good standing at time of quote submittal and maintained throughout and up to completion of project. The awarded contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the required work as detailed within this Scope of Work (SOW). The work, as described within, shall be performed at the 2-bedroom, 1- bathroom unit located at 935 Linda Vista Street, Los Banos, CA. 93635. Prevailing wages.
